1. Delivery Timeframe
Average Delivery Time: Our standard delivery timeframe is 8 to 14 business days from the date your order is confirmed. This estimate includes order processing, quality checks, packaging, and transit time.
Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Items that are custom-made or require special fabrication may have longer delivery lead times, which will be clearly indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Shipping Updates: You will receive a tracking number and updates once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the items in your order.
Calculation: The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
Large Items: Due to the size and delicate nature of furniture, most items require specialized freight shipping, which is reflected in the shipping cost.
3. Delivery Process and Acceptance
Scheduled Delivery: For large furniture items, the shipping carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the contact number provided during checkout is accurate.
Inspection upon Arrival: Crucial Step: When your furniture arrives, you or an authorized adult must be present to inspect the delivery before signing the delivery receipt.
Damages: If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the furniture itself, please clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Take clear photos of the damage.
Refusal: In cases of significant damage, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Please contact us immediately if you refuse an item.
Signing Without Notation: Signing the delivery receipt without any notation indicates that you have received your order in perfect condition.
Delivery Location: Standard delivery is to your curbside or the first accessible dry area (e.g., garage or lobby). If you require “White Glove” service (in-home placement and assembly), please contact us before placing your order to check availability and additional costs.
4. Shipping Delays
